This website offers visitors the opportunity to view and purchase original artwork and associated products created by Cherrie Mansfield and to learn about her art. By accessing or using the website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may change or withdraw the website or part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

We have taken care to describe and show artwork and products as accurately as possible including colour, texture and size. The images you see on screen may show slight variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork or product is not deemed a fault. Slight inconsistencies are not a valid reason for return.
 

There may be opportunities for you to post content to the website or send feedback to us (user content). You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to images and text) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

We do not have any influence or control over any such third party websites or applications or the third party operator. We are not responsible for any third party websites or applications or their availability or content.

The website may contain affiliate links which will grant us a commission if you purchase from those sites.

Artwork and products listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.

 

Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been dispatched.

 

If you purchase physical goods from the website, our purchasing and shipping policy will apply to the sales.

 

Data security

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your orders and payments secure. We use a secure external payment processing provider. In the absence of provable negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.
