Influenced by the legendary Jackson Pollock and the bold spirit of abstract expressionism, each unique piece in this collection results from an energetic and spontaneous process. Working quickly and instinctively, I move around the horizontal canvas, throwing, layering and dripping pure acrylic paint directly onto the surface, revelling in the mesmerising contours of colour and enticing forms that emerge.
These paintings need to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Photographs simply can’t capture the thick, undulating textures and intricate surface details. The layers of movement and depth shift as the light changes, giving each piece an energy that doesn't quite translate on a screen. This isn’t art to simply view—it’s art you experience.
